Bulgarian and EU law applies. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
Disputes follow good faith negotiation, then binding arbitration through Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce in Sofia, using English.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in competent courts.
Material modifications are posted and notified via app or email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
These terms constitute the complete agreement.
Invalid provisions don't affect remaining terms.
Non-enforcement doesn't constitute waiver of future claims.
Users cannot assign without consent; the company may assign freely.
The company isn't liable for delays from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary but assumes no obligations.
